Vik Duggal, Founder
A social media zealot and connector, Vik Duggal has a deep passion for people and building things. Launching in 2007 this is his first online media property. Vik brings his diverse background in engineering, sales, and his corporate experience working for Fortune 100 companies to provide community for industry professionals to network, communicate, and explore. Vik is host of the KCast audio blog (podcast). The vision of Konstructr is to bring transparency to the construction world.

James Bedell, Editor
James is a lighting designer based in New York City. He is the owner and co-founder of Lively Arts Productions LLC. James’ passion is bringing energy efficient lighting design to clients he serves, while always remembering that buildings and space are there to serve their occupants. James is thrilled to be part of Konstructr and a contributor to the Magazine, where he hopes to lend expertise and insight into the world of architectural lighting for his fellow Konstructicons.

Rich Cartlidge, Senior Writer
Rich is a third year law student at Stetson University College of Law. He is a LEED AP and has interests in real estate development, land use, and environmental law. Rich provides comprehensive consulting services focusing on the issues of encountered in real estate development and land use planning. He is also an avid fisherman, explorer, and traveler. Rich is fluent in Spanish.

Mark brings the experience of working for an agency specializing in marketing building products to architects, builders, contractors, and end-users. His goal is to give the Konstructr audience a deeper understanding of how to effectively market their products or services.

Mark Rabkin, Senior Writer
Mark is a triple-bottom line risk consultant assisting his clients in understanding and managing the exposures they face daily that threaten their economic, social, and ecological performance. A frequent presenter of his original program, “The Unique Risks of Sustainable Buildings,” Mark has assisted numerous construction firms and legal counselors understanding the new intricacies and risks being created daily as the building environment shifts to one focused on energy efficiency and natural resource conservation.
